You already know touch is powerful. Using it well doesn't have to take years.
AUVO® Snap is a five-minute touch treatment for the nervous system, given seated and fully clothed. It follows the same fixed structure every time, so you can learn it online in three weeks and give it with confidence.
For anyone who works with people.
Learn in a few weeks.
No prior training needed.
Touch is easy to believe in.
What's missing is a tool that fits into your own work.
Physical touch calms, it connects, it helps a body feel safe enough to let go. Most of the people you work with could use more of that.
The challenge is making it a natural, easy part of what you already do, and doing it safely and trauma-sensitively, every time.
There are many wonderful body-based methods. But most ask you to learn a wide range of techniques first and then apply them intuitively, person by person. To do that well with people who carry tension, stress or a difficult history, you also need a deep understanding of how touch affects the nervous system. That takes years, on top of the training you already have.
AUVO® Snap is built differently.
The work of understanding has already been done, and it is built into the method: safety and trauma sensitivity included. You don't have to build that knowledge first. You learn one treatment, give it exactly as taught, and you have a tool that fits into the work you already do.
Meet AUVO Snap.
AUVO Snap is a unique five-minute touch treatment. Your client stays seated and fully clothed. You don't need a treatment table, oils or a dedicated room.
Your client sits down. There is nothing to prepare, nothing to take off, and no need to talk. The music starts, and the touch follows its rhythm on the back, the arms and the head. It varies from gentle to firm, in the same sequence every time.
It isn’t muscle massage. AUVO balances the nervous system: the touch and the music help the body recognise safety, so it can settle.
Five minutes later, your client is in a calmer state of body and mind. Many describe slower breathing, softer shoulders and a quieter mind.

Nothing to improvise, nothing to guess.
AUVO Snap follows the same structure every time. The same sequence, the same areas, the same music, the same timing.
The hard thinking has already been done for you: how to touch, where, in what order, and how to do it with care. It is built into the method.
You can learn it quickly. There is no feel to develop over years. You learn the whole treatment online in three weeks, then refine it with your group at a live diploma meeting.
You can trust it. Give it exactly as taught, and it works the way it is meant to.
Your attention is free for the person. When you don't have to think about what comes next, you can notice them: how they breathe, when they soften, when they need a little more time.
Your clients know what to expect. Seated, clothed, five minutes, the same every time. It is easy for you to explain and easy for them to say yes to.
The quality doesn't depend on a good day. Whether you are new or experienced, and whatever kind of day it is, a Snap is given the way it was designed to be given.
It doesn't add one more service.
It lifts the ones you already offer.
AUVO Snap is most often used alongside the work you already do. Five minutes at the start changes what the rest of the session has to work with.
Massage, physiotherapy and manual therapy A client whose nervous system has already settled gives your hands more to work with. They are less guarded, they breathe more slowly, and they are actually in the room. The treatment you planned tends to land better.
Coaching and therapy Safety and connection are what this work is built on. A few minutes of structured touch can help create them before the first word is spoken, so you reach the real conversation sooner.
And on its own, a Snap is a five-minute offer that is easy to say yes to.
Hard to explain. Easy to feel.
Words don't do a Snap justice. The best way to understand it is to receive one, and even people who arrive sceptical tend to change their minds afterwards.
In those five minutes, people often notice their breathing slow down. Their shoulders drop. Their jaw softens and their mind goes quiet.
Some go very still.
Some feel warmth.
Some feel an emotion rise and pass.
Some are simply surprised by how tense they had been.
There isn't one right response, and whatever happens is welcome. The structure of the treatment keeps it safe to let it happen.

More than thirty years of work, taught by people who do it themselves.
AUVO® is a method developed by Jouko Kivimetsä over more than thirty years. Together with Anna Jalava, Jouko built the treatments and trainings that bring it to practitioners today.
AUVO was developed in Finland, and the music for Snap was composed there too.
Anna Jalava, co-founder and lead trainer at Auvo Academy, leads the training. Anna has been an entrepreneur since 2004 and a wellbeing coach since 2015, and has trained hundreds of people and dozens of groups in sustainable performance and recovery over more than a decade. Learning a treatment is one thing. Getting people to try it is another.
AUVO Snap is easy to try and hard to describe, and that is exactly why starting well matters. Once you have your diploma, you receive materials and support to help you begin, including help with marketing, so you can tell people what you now offer and invite them to experience it.
Anna has spent years helping solo entrepreneurs become visible, and shares that know-how with AUVO practitioners.
Because once someone has felt a Snap, they usually understand it.

No prior training is needed.
Who it isn't for
If you want to learn to diagnose or treat medical conditions, this isn't the right training. AUVO Snap is a wellbeing treatment.
And if you would like to experience a Snap before you decide, [link: where to receive one, if you have a page or practitioner finder for it].
Clear boundaries, for you and for the people you work with.
Is it safe and professional? Yes. Your client stays seated and fully clothed. The areas of touch are fixed and don't change from one treatment to the next. Your client agrees before you begin, and everyone knows exactly what will happen.
What if someone becomes emotional? It can happen, and it is fine. You will learn how to stay calm, steady and present, and when to slow down or stop.
What is AUVO Snap not? It isn't therapy, and it doesn't diagnose or treat conditions. It is not a promise of a particular result. It is five minutes of structured, caring touch. What you can offer with it depends on your own training and on where you work.

Questions you might have.
Do I need to be a practitioner already? No. Many people who join already work in wellbeing, but no prior training is needed.
Do I need to study many techniques first? No. That work has already been done and is built into the method. You learn one standardised treatment and give it exactly as taught.
How can I learn touch online? AUVO Snap has a fixed structure, which makes it possible to learn it step by step online. At the live diploma meeting you then refine your touch with your trainer and your group.
Can I use it alongside my current work? Yes. That is how it is most often used: as a support that lifts the services you already offer.
Can I offer it on its own? Yes. Five minutes, seated and clothed, makes it easy to offer as a service in its own right.
Is it sexual in any way? No. Your client stays fully clothed and seated, the areas of touch are fixed, and your client agrees before you begin.
Do I get a diploma? Yes. You receive your AUVO Snap diploma at the live group meeting.
How much time does it take? Three weeks of online learning and one live half-day meeting. [Add expected hours per week if you want to state it.]
