AUVO Snap Practitioner Training for Groups

Five minutes that can
change someone's whole day

The AUVO Snap is a short, structured, music-guided touch treatment that activates the nervous system's calming response. We certify groups to give it — safely, confidently, and independently.

What is the AUVO Snap?

A 5-minute nervous system reset — structured, safe, and deeply effective.

The word "snap" refers to a quick moment — like a snap of the fingers. The AUVO Snap brings that idea to physical recovery: a short, precise, repeatable touch experience that helps the body find its way back to calm.

Touch is directed to the back, arms, and head. The practitioner follows a fixed structure, guided by specially composed music. The recipient stays seated and fully clothed throughout. No preparation, no undressing, no long commitment.

It is not massage. It is not a relaxation exercise. It is a body-level experience where structured touch and music work together to signal safety to the nervous system — and the results are felt immediately.

  • DURATION:
    5 minutes per treatment
  • SETTING:
Seated, fully clothed — a chair is all you need
  • MUSIC:
Purpose-composed — guides the practitioner and deepens the effect
  • EFFECT:
Activates the nervous system's parasympathetic (calming) response
  • FOUNDATION:
    Developed in Finland
  • “So wonderfully relaxing, and the music was a perfect match for the treatment. All my worries and concerns simply drifted away, and such a warm feeling spread throughout my body.”

Who this training is for

For groups working with people who need support — and who want to offer something real

The AUVO Snap training is for organisations and groups whose work brings them into contact with people experiencing stress, exhaustion, or disconnection. If you can bring together a group of people, we'll come to you, and after the training programme your group will be ready to give Snap treatments independently.

Care homes & residential care

Give staff a structured, safe way to offer meaningful physical contact to residents — a recognised gap in professional care settings.

Home care & community services

Equip home care workers with something they can offer during a visit that goes beyond the practical — a brief moment of genuine connection.

Volunteer networks

For organisations whose volunteers visit, accompany, or support older or isolated people — something tangible to give beyond company.

Healthcare & therapy teams

Nurses, OTs, physios, and wellbeing professionals who work with people experiencing stress, pain, or chronic tension.

Workplace wellbeing teams

HR teams, internal coaches, or wellbeing champions who want to offer something embodied — not just another mindfulness app.

Sports clubs & coaching teams

For athletes and teams who need fast recovery support between sessions, or before high-pressure moments.

Family carer networks

People caring for a family member who want a gentle, structured way to offer physical support — and the confidence to do it well.

Events & hospitality

Conferences, festivals, or retreats that want to offer a uniquely restorative experience — an AUVO Snap station that people remember.

The TRAINING

Simple to learn. Reliable to deliver.

The AUVO Snap training and diploma is designed to be accessible — including for people with no prior training in touch or bodywork. The structure does the heavy lifting; you learn to follow it.

1
Online preparation

High-quality online materials introduce the theory: the AUVO method, the Snap structure, and the ethical framework. Self-paced, before the live session.

2
Live group training

A few hours of hands-on practice with your group. We come to your location. Participants practise on each other, and receive direct feedback from the Trainer.

3
Diploma

Participants who complete the training are certified to give AUVO Snap treatments independently — to clients, residents, volunteers, or anyone who needs it.

4
Independent practice

Practitioners can give the AUVO Snap from day one. The structure and the music — accessed through the AUVO Snap App — guide every session.

Why structure matters

The structure is the safety.

One of the reasons the AUVO Snap works — and why it can be safely taught to non-specialists — is that its structure is fixed. Every touch follows the music. Every session follows the same sequence.

This means the practitioner doesn't need years of training to give something real. It means the recipient always knows what to expect. And it means consent, safety, and ethics are built into the format itself — not left to improvisation.

The Snap is not a workaround or a shortcut. It is a carefully designed intervention that happens to be short, learnable, and scalable.

What practitioners say

“The training was clear, practical, and easy to follow.”

“Snap has been easy to integrate into my existing services.”

“My clients have given the treatment an overwhelmingly positive reception.”

“I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to take this training. It has opened up entirely new dimensions in the way I work.”
