  1. Services

Auvo Academy Ltd provides access to digital content and subscription-based services.

All content is intended for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold without permission.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and may be charged on a recurring basis.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • provide accurate billing information
  • authorize recurring payments where applicable

More detailed terms regarding pricing, billing, and possible changes are defined in the separate agreement related to the service.

  1. Cancellation

Some services (such as practitioner licenses) are subject to separate agreements, which define the applicable terms for duration, renewal, and termination.

For subscription-based services offered directly through the website (such as Community Memberships), you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the membership content will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

Upon termination, all rights to use the AUVO® method, brand, and related materials will cease as defined in the applicable agreement.

  1. No Right of Withdrawal

As the service consists of digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may not apply, as specified in the separate agreement.

  1. Access and Availability

We aim to ensure the availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to modify or update the service.

  1. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • misuse the service
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • share your account credentials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties.

Auvo Academy Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
