Floating Into Stillness – unforgettable first encounter with the AUVO method

Auvo is not just a normal massage therapy, but a deeply personal journey into relaxation, awareness, and inner balance!

I always considered myself a mentally and physically fit person and never really thought about relaxing my mind and body intentionally. Even after joining Auvo as a market research trainee, I approached the Auvo method as just another form of therapy.

During the one-day training where I learned the basics of the Auvo relaxation method, I understood the concept—but I never expected it to take me to an entirely different world.

But then came the day Anna offered me a treatment session. What followed was an experience I can truly call unforgettable.

Gentle physical touch, combined with deeply calming music, slowly dissolved the noise in my mind. For about twenty minutes, I felt softened – mentally and physically. Thoughts I never knew existed began to surface, not loudly, but gently, asking to be felt rather than understood.

What surprised me the most was my own body. My muscles responded in ways I had never experienced before, as if they were releasing emotions they had been holding onto for years. It felt like my body was speaking a language I had never learned, yet somehow deeply understood.

I must especially mention the head massage. It began at the collarbone area, with soft, downward movements flowing gently toward the neck, continuing to the face and then to the scalp. Each touch, perfectly in sync with the music, gave me a deep sense of calm—as if nothing in the world have the power to bring me down.

If I were to describe it poetically, I would say this: I felt like I was floating on the surface of a quiet river—eyes closed, weightless, breathing in and out—completely present, completely safe.

Just as music touches each of us differently, and the scent of a flower awakens emotions unique to the one who breathes it in, the Auvo experience cannot be fully captured in words. Some feelings exist beyond explanation. They can only be understood when they are lived.

When Anna slowly stopped the music, I realized there were tears in my eyes. Not from sadness, but from something far more unexpected. I recognized that the happiness within me had found its own way out—quietly, honestly, without permission.

As I placed my feet back on the floor, I felt transformed. I stood there as a more confident and emotionally stronger version of myself. In that moment, I reassured myself that I deserved an Auvo session once in a while—or, if possible, very often—to continue energizing my body and nourishing my soul.

I often found myself wondering how challenging it must be for the Auvo team to explain the outcome of a treatment to someone who has never experienced it. How do you put into words something that lives beyond language?

And yet, this is exactly what they do—quietly and patiently—guiding people beyond familiar boundaries, helping them reach a treasure that can only be discovered by gently breaking those very boundaries.

Now, I started to learn it more deeply, so that I can make people around me comfortable and happy and it makes me happy!
