Auvo Academy
Auvo Academy Ltd. was founded in Finland in 2020 by Jouko Kivimetsä and Anna Jalava. However, the history of the AUVO® method extends much further back – its development has been in progress for decades, and treatments have been offered in Finland since 2015.
The Academy is responsible for further developing the method, developing and providing practitioner training content, certifying and licensing Practitioners and Trainers, and conducting research and projects related to the method. In addition, we cooperate with companies and organizations to support the well-being of employees at work.
